- Challenges and principles for war crime justice and criminalization of war with the establishment of the Kuala Lumpur War Crimes Tribunal.
- Challenges
- Quote by scientist. 1973 - Presidential approval for former Secretary of State Henry Kissinger's presentation of 2 billion people as desired reduced population. Depopulation policy - for control of world's wealth - New World Policy.
- 1954 - intentional depopulation policy has put in effect by warmongering organizations.
- UK - Masonic, Satanic networking amongst Government, media and financial elitists.
- International War Crimes Racketting Organisation - depopulation policy - reduction of population through nuclear radiation, nuclear testing, nuclear power, nuclear war, war industrial activity - exotic weapons, engineered weapons, global warming activities of the international war crimes racketing organizations - violations of crimes under the statute of the International Criminal Court. 104 states under the Statute of the ICC can prosecute international crimes in their national courts.
- Principles - natural law - what is natural law? In jurisprudence, natural law has a number of meanings. Just law or eminent law - found, not created. Justice is the force underlying law.
- Courts can enforce national or international law. War crimes tribunals have been set up to address violations. 2003-2004 : War Crimes Tribunal against Afghanistan is an example.
- KL War Crimes Tribunal - not a mere sociological, political or social gathering with no justice. Will issue judgement with international legal standards and in compliance with natural law. Public must be more aware.
- Criminalising war - KLWCT will advance this goal. Can prosecute those who have initiated aggression - example: Nuremberg Tribunal. KLWCT can incorporate into its Statute crimes against peace, crimes of aggression - all in the Nuremberg Trial.
- Immediate termination of all nuclear weapons of mass destruction worldwide. KLWCT can issue an injunction against the use of nuclear weapons, nuclear powers - depopulation policy. KLWCT can award compensation to victims. Can communicate findings and judgements to national courts for enforcement and compensation.
- Goals
- Include access to justice for victims, compensation, restore society and redress harm the international war crimes racketing organisation's depopulation policy has caused and closure.
- Restorative justice - penal sanctions offer little solace to victims of international crimes. Punishment of perpetrators has little to do with compensation of victims. Principles of restorative justice should be part of our goal with the KLWCT who can evaluate evidence and rendering judgement against war crimes.
- Parallel solutions - war economy - war is an industry - United Nations General Assembly voted 166 against 1 (the United States voted against) for prevention of arms in space and weaponising space and preserving peace.
- Urges KL Initiative to sponsor and host space peace talks. Preservation of Space treaty would prevent war economy expanding into space.
