Cynthia Ann McKinney

CYNTHIA ANN MCKINNEY (born March 17, 1955) is an American politician from the U.S. state of Georgia. McKinney served as a Democrat in the U.S. House of Representatives from 1993 to 2003, and from 2005 to 2007, representing Georgia's fourth congressional district. McKinney earned a B.A. in International Relations from the University of Southern California, a Masters of Art in Law and Diplomacy from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy. She is a Ph.D. student at University of California, Berkeley.
